With ONE word, how do you hope to come out of this quarantine? 

"Improved"

What was the effect of COVID-19 on your routine?

"My routine has been affected since about mid-March. I am unable to attend classes and go to campus. I pretty much have to do everything at home."

What is one realization you’ve had about yourself or the world?

"I realize how much I hate being bored and that I miss being at school (sometimes).  I also realized that it's hard to stay motivated since you have every excuse to just lie in bed."

What works and doesn’t work while in quarantine? (open-ended)

"For me, I have found it hard to stay consistent with an exercise routine.  Sometimes it's easy to blow off a workout.  I have gotten better about it since school is almost over though."

In what ways have you shown self-improvement?

"I have improved my cooking skills and have gotten better at disciplining myself to be cleaner.  I have also improved my routine and balance of time. 

If you had to give your “pre-quarantine” self  a piece of advice, what would that be? 

I would tell my pre-quarantine self to make sure to balance time between school, leisure, and exercise."
