ABOUT me
Drawing from interdisciplinary psychology, I aim to share insights on developing holistic health habits to improve mental health and overall well-being. I have a distinct interest in trait Appreciation of Beauty; psychologists have found people with higher levels of AoB to report increased levels of well-being than people with low levels.
