With ONE word, how do you hope to come out of this quarantine?
"Enterprising"
What was the effect of COVID-19 on your routine?
"For about 6 weeks my routine has completely changed, from being a full-time student to having more time to give back to my community."
What is one realization you’ve had about yourself or the world?
"One epiphany I have had about myself is that I enjoy a more flexible schedule. One realization I have had about the world is that while it took a pandemic to unify us, we are certainly capable of working together to solve our generation's most pressing issues. I hope that after many countries come out of lock-down, we will continue to collaborate to solve issues such as climate change, disparities in education and resources, and poverty."
What works and doesn’t work while in quarantine? (open-ended)
"For me, I am more productive in quarantine by having my own sleep schedule. This whole entire “break” I have felt well rested all while getting more done."
In what ways have you shown self-improvement?
"I have improved myself through further appreciation for all the privileges in my life. From my family to teachers, and from resources like the internet, food, and a computer, I am further grateful for everything that is enabling me to live comfortably during these times."
If you had to give your “pre-quarantine” self a piece of advice, what would that be?
"If I could give my pre-quarantine self one piece of advice, it would be that it should not take a pandemic to take the ambitious initiative to better your community... this should be something that you are constantly trying to accomplish!"
