"Healthy"
What was the effect of COVID-19 on your routine?
"3 weeks. Working from home and only going out for walks and essential tasks."
What is one realization you’ve had about yourself or the world?
"How inefficient I was being and how much time/energy were wasted in nonsense before being forcibly working from home. "
What works and doesn’t work while in quarantine? (open-ended)
"Working at home reduced a lot of distractions and excuses for procrastination. I was able to get more done in less time which also mean I am able to maximize my time spent with family or other things I like to do. "
In what ways have you shown self-improvement?
"Tried to establish a sustainable healthier routine and be more proactive as well as taking the time to self reflect and reprioritize. "
If you had to give your “pre-quarantine” self a piece of advice, what would that be?
"Be grateful and plan for the worst case scenario."
